Computers
are Introduced! Science has been doing numerous
inventions and innovations especially in the field of electronics
and one its greatest inventions is Computer. This invention
is designed to store, retrieve and manipulate data. The human
mind is capable of storing data because it is sharp, but it
is not able to equal the capacity of computer in doing this
task because of memory issue. It is this reason that people
use computers for this purpose. Computers can save data a
thousand times more than the brain can is what makes the difference.
Computers were invented years back but Compaq computers are
now considered the modernized ones. It is good to know that
the first set of computers were big enough for one person
to carry. It was in 1940’s when a computer closely similar
to what we have today was invented. Although before that invention,
people had already an idea what computer was. Early computers
were so huge that one needs the whole big room to be able
to make computers. At present, there are countless of computers
used by many households around the world, in various places
and for personal use. Only very few households in the Western
world do not have computers as of this time.
Construction
of computers
Since
computer consists of various components, its construction
is very complex. Computers components have basically two categories:
First, the hardware component; and second, the software category.
The first component includes CPU, monitor which is for displaying
pictures, mouse, keyboard, speakers and printers. Scanners
and camera can also be part of hardware components which can
be attached to computers. The main heart of the computer is
called CPU is made up of very complex units set up in it.
The RAM is used to store the temporary data in computer. The
ROM is responsible to read memory and hard disk used in order
to store data. CPU has the mother board installed in it that
contains all the hardware components of the computer. There
are other components like DVD Rom or CD Rom which is fixed
in the CPU in order that external storage devices such as
CD or DVD be able to operate in the computer. There is also
the presence of floppy drive which is just below the DVD or
CD Rom.
The
functioning of the data is a collective operation of the of
all these components. Computers come in different variety
and features, shape and speed, technological advancement are
available in the market. It can be made customized based on
your needs and other requirements such as efficiency, speed,
capacity of your RAM and even processor. Furthermore, you
can also improve the capacity of your hard disk if there is
a need of high storage of your computer.

such as desktop computers, laptop, tower computer, palm top
and many more. In fact, there are initiatives today to embed
computer in each small high level technology in gaming computers

businesses are moving from the traditional manual operation
to a more complex computer operated system. Companies today
are making computers available worldwide. These computer brands
such as Compaq, IBM, hp, Acer and Apple. Among these brands,
Compaq is widely used worldwide. Computers available in the
market have affordable prices . But if you want to avail of
cheap computers, you can go for slightly used computers or
second hand computers or the refurbished computers, which
for some reasons or defects are sent back to their manufacturers.
